Reporting abuse
The atlaslink.cloud domain is used by Atlas customers to publish services from their own servers without opening a port. Every subdomain belongs to an account holding an Atlas licence. The content behind an address belongs to that account holder, not to Atlas.
What Atlas sees
Atlas does not see the traffic passing through the tunnel. This is not a gap but the core promise of the product: the content of a service stays on the customer machine. The consequence is stated plainly, abuse is not found by scanning, it is learned from a report. This page is where that report goes.
Unacceptable use
Not to be used for: phishing and fake sign in pages, malware distribution, command and control infrastructure, unsolicited mail infrastructure, content unlawful under applicable law, attacks against the service of another party.
How to report
Reports go to abuse@atlaspve.com. A report should carry the full address, the date and time, and evidence of the observed behaviour. A screenshot, message headers or a single log line is enough.
What happens
The power to close an address rests with Atlas. The domain and the entry point are on the Atlas account, so an address can be closed in one step even without access to the customer machine. A closure is recorded and the account holder is notified. Where needed, every address of an account is closed together.
Mistaken reports
A closure can be undone. If an address was closed by mistake, the account holder can object from the same address and the address is opened again.
